One Woman Band
Unfortunately I never learned how to whistle, but successfully studied the oboe, english horn, alto saxophone, and piano. Go figure. I held the band geek's highest honor of first chair oboist through the middle and high school years – winning countless 1's at band festival and still have the medals to prove it!

I'm a huge Harry Potter nerd and when I went to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter at Universal Studios Florida, I cried with excitement. 

Cold Front Comin'
There's a running joke amongst friends that I am a "cold front" and share a sad story in an attempt to relate to a happy story. It's completely unintentional, but tends to be a habit that has killed many a good mood, so I created an Instagram account to document these stories.

Growing up in Michigan, I had the choice of studying Spanish or French and I chose the latter. I've still yet to use this bilingual skill since the 10th grade, but ... c'est la vie.
